AntiGravity® Fundamentals Classes at Sora StudioAntiGravity® Fundamentals

The place where you learn how to use the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock. The class is combined with Zero-compression inversions, swinging and stretching with FUN movements. This class is suitable for first-timers, and all level students.

AntiGravity<sup>®</sup> Restorative Yoga at Sora Studio in TorontoAntiGravity® Restorative Yoga

The gentle, healing side of Christopher Harrison's AntiGravity® Yoga. This powerful method focuses the mind through powerful visualizations as it floats the body through a series of gentle gyro-kinetic motions, deeply opening the entire spine, hips, and connective tissues of the body.  Working from different hammock heights allows for the gentle opening of hips and spine.  This class is suitable for anyone who wants to be healthier!

Note: The classes below are intended for students who have taken at least 3 AntiGravity® Fundamentals sessions. 

AntiGravity® Advanced Level 

A fusion lesson of AntiGravity® Fitness. This class gives you more challenges while gaining more flexibility and strength.  You'll experience various inversions as well as fancy poses which come from aerial art techniques. At the end of the class, you'll feel like you've got wings. 
Requirements: At least 3 previous AntiGravity® Fundamentals sessions

AntiGravity® Suspension Fitness 

An intense workout that turns your routine upside down. Utilized first by the AntiGravity® team of elite athletes for their conditioning workouts, this technique was created with the same standard for you. The AG Suspension Fitness is the most physically challenging class that has an acrobatic aspect to it. This class involves flying into flips and inversions, while increasing your agility, flexibility and overall strength.
Requirements: At least 3 previous AntiGravity® Fundamentals sessions

AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga

Allows you to explore the evolution of yoga into 3-dimensional space. This body, mind, and spirit-balancing technique is safe and challenging. You will flow through a series of poses similar to a traditional yoga class, but with the added fun and benefit of flight. Connect your breath to your movement while building strength, flexibility, and mobility with zero-compression inversions and suspended poses.
Requirements: At least 3 previous AntiGravity® Fundamentals sessions

AntiGravity® AIRbarre

Challenges the body and mind beyond the vertical plane and up into the air! Dance develops ideal body lines through the toning and lengthening of muscles, while also developing balance and agility. It is accessible to non-dancers, with the Harrison Hammock helping them find alignment, and also challenges accomplished dancers, giving them more airtime in jumps!
